Riverbed Support – Price Increase
Effective October 1st, 2018 Riverbed will be raising Global Support List prices by 3-9% on select MNT SKUs.
At Riverbed, we put our customers and partners first. We want to continue offering the kind of support and opportunities that help you grow your business and your profitability. In order to remain competitive in providing the superior level of Support that our partners have come to expect from Riverbed we will be raising Global Support List prices by 3-9% on select MNT SKUs effective Oct 1st 2018. Products going End-Of-Support (EOS) in 2019 to 2022 will have a 9% price increase, providing an ideal opportunity to engage in a TradeUp or Refresh conversation.

These changes will be reflected on Riverbed’s October Price List and any transactions quoted after October 1st 2018, will be subject to this list price increase. Raising our prices means that we can continue to invest in our support infrastructure, attract outstanding talent and maintain margins for our partner ecosystem. Our continued investment commitment helps us provide you profitable annuity revenue opportunities and ultimately more value from our partnership.
We recommend that you communicate these changes early to allow your customers sufficient time to budget.
