Q3 Dividends and Rewards Statements Available November 15th
If you have earned dividends in Q3 2018, you will receive your quarterly statement summarizing your earned dividends and rewards details on November 15, 2018. Only contacts designated as Admin, Rewards Contact, or Primary Contact on SFDC will receive this communication. To update your contact designation, edit your Partner Center profile under “My Account” in the drop-down menu under your name and tag individuals as “Program Rewards Contact.” Alternatively, email

Federal Secure Supply Chain Partners Have Fully Transitioned to Riverbed Rise
Effective November 1, 2018, FSSC Partners have completed the transition and will be assigned their Rise Program Level based on their dividend performance over the 12-month period from November 1, 2017, to October 31, 2018. The new level assignment may be different than your previous assignment. You should have received notification via email on November 1st, at which time the new level and corresponding program discounts became effective.  See the Partner Framework and Details Supplement for full details.

Q4 Rise Partner Promotions Are in Effect Now
If you are eligible for promotion based on the dividends earned from October 1, 2017, through September 30, 2018, you will receive notification about your new level assignment which is effective immediately. Keep in mind that you have an opportunity to be promoted every quarter and that the next opportunity will arrive at the year-end review period with notification on February 15, 2019.
