New! Click-to-Chat with Riverbed Engineers + Rise Program Update
Riverbed has launched a live click-to-chat feature on Partner Center. This new feature allows you to ask technical questions and receive answers in real-time from our Virtual Engineering Support Team (VEST).
Visit Partner Center from your computer or mobile device and you’ll see the chat icon on the bottom right-hand corner of every page. Click the icon to open the chat box, type in your question, and you will automatically connect with a Riverbed engineer who can provide answers in real-time.
If the icon displays ‘Engineer Offline’ or the message box says ‘No Engineers are currently available’ then try again when there is an Engineer online.
The service is available Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm US Central Time.

Prepare for Q4 Rewards Statements
Q4 Rewards Statements will be communicated in February. Remember that you need to have at least two Rewards Contacts on Partner Center to receive rewards.
To add Reward Contacts on Partner Center, you can either:
- Edit your Partner Center profile, under “My Account” in the drop-down menu under your name and tag individuals as “Program Rewards Contact” or
- Send an email to Partners@riverbed.com.
